Kindle Jacket or Kindle Pouches?
I generally always favoured leather book jacket type Kindle covers before. This type of cover made my old fashioned looking 2nd generation Kindle reader feel a little like a traditional tome. This type of case additionally offered great armor to a gadget that was pricey, at going on for 250 dollars.
However my most up-to-date Kindle wi-fi only cost , hence can I in fact justify spending a heap of dollars on a fancy leather-based jacket? kindle 4 cover A number of leather Kindle jackets (such as those that come with lights) costs nearly as much as the ebook reader itself! Idiotic!
Even if I might (and really I would not want to!), there was something also to contemplate;
the smaller, newer kindle wi-fi readers are in basic terms superb to use simply as they are!
I most certainly did not need a sizeable awkward jacket getting in the way. As it feels so comfortable to carry the tiny kindle readers in one hand that a fixed cover would change the feel of using the device. Besides, with these modern rubberised reverse on the 4th generation kindle they feel significantly more secure in your grip as they are. I previously fret about dropping my e book reading device while using it. Now it feels extremely “grippy” I never believe I require a kindle jacket on it all the time “in case I drop it”.
So, a jacket style cover or a simple pouch No contest, I picked a wonderful sleeve style Kindle cover!
However, I comprehend that there will be times when a jacket style kindle cover could feel more correct:
1. If you require a reading light handy when using it, without needing to carry about anything too heavy then you may desire a jacket style kindle cover which has a reading light in-built.
2. When you love to read “without holding it” such as whilst eating, a flip stand cover is a sensible choice.
3. If you really pine for the sense of holding a “real” paper book, a jacket style kindle case will help you get at least part of that feeling back!
Personally – there was no contest as it plainly had to be a kindle sleeve type of case, and not a jacket type of cover!
